Kumsark Estate Ltd is an Estate Company dedicated in the provision of state of the art affordable housing and its primary experience and expertise is in the development of High- quality, lower cost living for all workers seeking the most up-to-date technologically advanced living environment.
The Company has developed about 90 luxurious but affordable self-contain houses ranging from two bedrooms self-compound to executive four bedrooms suite for the average income bracket. Our facilities are located just a view of the Akuapim range which encompass a serene environment and a cool temperature year round.
The business was established in 1992 as an enterprise which was solely owned by Mr. Kwame Kumah and later changed hands and re-registered in 2010 as a private limited liability company. The company has employed over 500 temporal workers and 20 permanent staffs.

MISSION STATEMENT
Ghana’s major challenge is how to house its population. Numerous efforts have been made by successive governments and the private sector to provide affordable housing to meet the housing deficit of the Ghanaian but production of these houses are unable to meet the demand.
The Ghana 2000 population and Housing Census estimated that Ghana needs 4,019,274 houses by 2025 to meet its housing demands. Of the projected 4,019,274 housing units.2, 017,863 representing more than 50% would be replacement for dilapidated units. The data indicate that if Ghana is solve its housing problems by 2025, the country would have started construction of 160,000 houses every year since 2000 to be able to meet new demands and replace dilapidated structures.
It is on this that Kumsark Estate Ltd has taken upon itself the challenge to expand its real estate project in order to contribute in curbing the housing deficit in the country.
OBJECTIVES

To complete 100 affordable houses in Oyarifa (of Aburi) addition to the existing houses to meet customer demand within this year.

Put up 300 affordable houses in Ayimensah (of Aburi road) within the course two years

Build 1500 affordable houses in the course of five years.

Achieve brand recognition in relation to quality but affordable housing in Ghana within the course of two years. To be a leading provider of affordable housing in Ghana
